How SparkArt Was Born...

"Quiet design that helps your story breathe"

Meet Heidi

Heidi, Creative Director and Founder of SparkArt Design, has always been driven by creativity. From childhood summers painting alongside her great aunt, to years of crafting of various types, to more than a decade in the commercial and custom signage industry, Heidi’s journey blends hands‑on artistry with deep technical know‑how. With over 40 years of computer experience and specialized AI graphic design training, she transformed a lifelong passion into a purpose‑driven creative studio.

A New Canvas

When traditional studio art methods became too demanding for health reasons, Heidi discovered digital design as her new canvas:

“With a computer, I can work in focused bursts, take breaks as needed, and seamlessly pick up where I left off - no creative roadblocks, just opportunity. Plus, the portability means I can ignite ideas anywhere inspiration strikes.”

SparkArt is born

SparkArt Design was born from that very spark and a desire to lift emerging businesses into the spotlight.

Recognizing the gap between DIY branding platforms and high‑cost agencies, Heidi set out to bridge it.

“Graphic design can be prohibitively expensive, especially for entrepreneurs and businesses just starting out. By maintaining a lean, part‑time studio, I’m able to offer luxury‑level design solutions at affordable rates, so brands can grow without financial strain.”

Our Process

Central to Heidi’s process is collaboration and innovation. From the moment a client completes SparkArt’s onboarding questionnaire, she leverages custom AI GPTs to uncover deep insights about their business personality.

Through discovery, mood boards, concept presentations, and meticulous refinements, each design shines just like the flame icon that inspired the name SparkArt.

Her signature S.P.A.R.K. - Sophistication, Passion, Affordability, Reliability, Knowledge - guides every project, resulting in vibrant, professional branding that truly illuminates her clients’ vision.
